Everything was perfect, my next choice again in Venice. Fairly clean, small hotel. - I appreciated tastefully decorated rooms and helpful staff. - Booked a room with a great bed. - A shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet were a plus. - the location was incredible, just next door to good restaurants and the train station, Tre Archi, and the main center.

Extremely comfy beds and central heating, multi-channel TV, and an electric kettle. American breakfast with plenty of options. Location short walk to water taxi, several canal side restaurants and vaporeto/public transport.

this room was a nice size with a worth every penny view near to sea. we had an american breakfast in the hotel. the personal was helpful.

The room at Venice My Friends Canal View was absolutely cozy and charming! I instantly felt at home with its warm ambiance and comfortable furnishings. It truly made my stay in Venice feel authentic and memorable. As a disabled guest, I appreciated the air-conditioning that kept me cool during the hot summer days.

The only downside, and this is just my personal preference, was that the bathroom only had a shower and bidet. But hey, some people might actually prefer that!

This hotel in a quiet neighborhood of Venice exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were very reasonable for what we received during our stay. Secondly, the attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel. From the well-maintained rooms with good views, to the private external bathroom with our own shower, everything was taken care of. Lastly, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

All was more than okay during our stay.

Personally, I didn't enjoy the bidet in the bathroom. But hey, that's just me!

The location of the hotel was amazing, with beautiful views of the canal and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. the room was spacious and clean, with a nice view to wake up to. the breakfast was delicious and the fact that we could choose between an Italian or American breakfast was a nice touch.

There was no staff available to offer information or advice, which made it difficult to navigate the city.

The staff, even though it was self-check-in, were friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance. the hotel had great cleanliness and facilities.
